On request from my clients I will travel to the airport of arrival and see them through the legalities at our International Airport, soon after we become acquainted with one another I will whisk you away in my luxury vehicle for our first destination.
My first impressive service will be that prior to your arrival I would have already checked and signed us in at the hotel. From my past experiences I found that tourist or travelers do not want to go and stand at a reception desk in a hotel and be told sorry sir check in time is in an hour or the room will be ready soon. Here my promise to you is no waiting as I believe it is totally frustrating to have flown half way around the world and to be told XYZ
I believe that it is very important for my clients to first go and take a short " NAP " then have a shower to feel nice and fresh and then we can get down to business.
While you are resting I would already contact your traveling airline and reconfirm your outgoing flight details, this is just to ensure that their is no misunderstandings on your departure date.In the meantime I will also go over your suggested itinerary and follow up with persons if any to confirm meetings and restaurant dates and time.
Once recovered from your " JET LAG “ we could go and have some refreshments in a bar to discuss your itinerary in finer details. Once we agree I take over from there. I will ensure all appointments and tours are met on time at all times, even if we were partying the night before that is my word.
